About Karen Margulis
I have been creating a Painting a Day for the past eight years. It began when I was given the advice to paint 100 paintings in order to improve my skills. I painted 100 and I haven't stopped! Each painting is done with the finest soft pastels on archival papers. I am a Signature member of the Pastel Society of America, a Master Circle member of the International Pastel Society and a Member of Excellence in the Southeastern Pastel Society. My work is in collections all across the country and I am currently represented by Frameworks Gallery in Marietta, Georgia.
